Meet Brooke Lyons — Founder of Quantum Sound Method
I’m Brooke — and like many of my students, I didn’t set out to “become a sound healer.” I was simply looking for something that would help me slow down, reconnect, and feel at peace again.
The first time I experienced crystal singing bowls, something inside me clicked — it was like my whole body remembered what harmony felt like.
That moment changed everything.
Since then I’ve offered hundreds of sound baths, worked with thousands of people and guided dozens of students through Quantum Sound Method™ — my signature certification for aspiring sound healers who are ready to step into their purpose and share this work with others.

Quantum Sound Method™ is a hybrid certification. We meet for live 1:1 Zoom calls and, if you’re local to Portland, you’ll also have the option to join in-person sessions. If you’re not nearby, you can complete the entire certification virtually from anywhere in the world.

If we meet in person, you can use my instruments until you’re ready to invest in your own. If you’re completing the course virtually, you’ll need at least 3 crystal singing bowls to participate. I’ll guide you in selecting the right bowls at the beginning of the program.

The certification is designed to fit easily into real life — even if you have a full-time job, kids, or a packed schedule. Plan for about 2–3 hours per week: 90-minutes for our live trainings and 1–2 hours for practice and integration. This gentle pace keeps you moving forward without overwhelm, so you can stay consistent and actually enjoy the process. And if life ever gets busy, everything is recorded — you can always revisit at your own rhythm.

Absolutely! QSM is designed for all levels. Many students come in with no musical background at all. You’ll be guided step by step in both the technique of playing bowls and the art of facilitating sound baths.

Unlike group trainings or pre-recorded courses, QSM is taught 1:1 — just you and me. This means you receive personalized feedback and direct guidance every step of the way, ensuring you not only learn the material but embody it with confidence. You’ll also receive lifetime access to the QSM eBook and all session recordings so you can revisit them anytime.

Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive the Quantum Sound Method™ Practitioner Certification — giving you the knowledge, skills, and credibility to lead sound baths professionally.

Yes. Many graduates begin offering paid sound baths immediately after certification. You’ll learn not only how to facilitate with confidence, but also how to price your sessions, attract clients, and partner with wellness spaces. Whether you want to create a side business or transition into sound healing full-time, QSM gives you the foundation to get started. And if you’re not interested in offering sound baths professionally, that’s perfectly okay — many students join simply to deepen their personal practice and connection to sound.
