VIRTUAL SOUND BATHS

Tune into your natural frequency with sound healing. I use crystal singing bowls as the primary instrument to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages in the energy field.

1:1 SESSIONS

This private one-on-one session will be adapted to your specific needs, allowing for deeper levels of healing and transformation. We will begin with a quick chat to discuss what you would like to work on during our time together. We will then move into a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind, followed by a 40-minute sound immersion for deep healing. This session will include a full chakra attunement using my 7-piece set of crystal singing bowls.

GROUP SESSIONS

This private group session will begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet the mind, followed by a 40-minute sound immersion for deep relaxation. These sessions include a full chakra attunement using my 7-piece set of crystal singing bowls.

$222 - 60 mins (Up to 5 people)

LIVESTREAM EVENTS

Offering live virtual sound baths for those who wish to gather in community from afar. This is also a more affordable option to receive the benefits of sound healing than working with me privately.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SOUND BATH AT HOME:

  • find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be bothered

  • block out bright light by closing the blinds or using an eyemask/scarf to cover the eyes

  • headphones are highly recommended for optimal sound quality (or Bluetooth speakers)

  • I recommend a pillow under the head and a blanket or pillow propped under the knees for low back support

  • I recommend a blanket to stay warm
